As I reflect today, I’m deeply grateful for one of the most aligned, impactful partnerships I’ve had to date: my collaboration with Shannon Wilburn, CEO of SHINE Executive Coaching.

Shannon and I first connected in October 2023.   • Team Meeting Facilitation: Planned and led weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability across all departments.

  • Business Metrics Tracking: Oversaw the collection and analysis of critical marketing and operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Client Experience Oversight: Managed the full client journey—from lead follow-up and onboarding to program delivery, offboarding, and upsell strategy—ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.

  • Launch & Project Management: Directed the execution of strategic initiatives, including lead magnet deployment, new offer rollouts, and post-launch debriefs, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.

  • Team Management & Development: Delegated tasks, monitored team performance, and led the recruitment, onboarding, and training of virtual assistants to strengthen operational capacity and team cohesion.
