Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth, Impact, and Transformation at KVS

2024 has been a year of incredible transformation—not just for my clients, but also for me personally and professionally. What started as a solo OBM journey has blossomed into something so much greater: KVS has evolved into an expert online business management firm helping coaches and consultants scale their businesses with integrity, excellence, and impact.

As I look back, I’m equally proud of the internal growth and systems I’ve implemented to better support KVS and my clients. This year, I fully integrated Notion into my operations, allowing me to seamlessly manage internal and client-facing tasks from one streamlined platform. This tool has been a game-changer, enabling me to stay organized and deliver even greater results for my clients. 

On a personal note, I also wrapped up my first full year of being all in with my business after leaving the safety net of a full-time job. It’s been challenging, but also deeply rewarding, to go all in on my mission to serve coaches and consultants at the highest level.

Investing in myself has been a cornerstone of this year’s success. Since April alone, I’ve completed over 60 hours of personal development work, including two rigorous courses in the last six months. These programs sharpened my skills and reinforced my commitment to continuous learning as both a professional and a leader. 

On top of that, I’ve focused on building connections within my local entrepreneurial community in Canada’s National Capital Region. Collaborating with and learning from other women entrepreneurs has been both inspiring and grounding—reminding me that growth is not just about systems and strategies, but also about meaningful relationships.

As I reflect on client projects this year, I’m reminded of how this combination of personal development, strong systems, and strategic execution has helped me serve at a higher level. Below, I’ve highlighted three projects that stand out as defining moments in 2024.

Case Study #1: Streamlining Operations for a Retreat Business

When an accomplished coach running a highly successful retreat business approached me, he was juggling a sprawling digital infrastructure that lived across Google Workspace—spreadsheets, documents, you name it. While his retreats were thriving, the back end of his business needed a serious upgrade to support his continued growth.

He envisioned a centralized system where he could see everything—customer data, team performance, financials—all in one place, without toggling between countless tools. After careful research and discussions, we landed on Airtable as the perfect solution.

Over the span of eight weeks, I designed and implemented a custom Airtable base tailored to his unique needs. With the help of integrations through Zapier, we integrated Airtable with Kajabi and other platforms to provide real-time visibility into the heart of his operations.

The result? A seamless, centralized system that has become the operational backbone of his business. Now, instead of spending hours piecing together data, he has the insights he needs at his fingertips to make strategic decisions and continue leading transformative retreats.

This project reaffirmed my belief in the power of aligning the right tools with a coach’s vision.

Case Study #2: Launching a Group Coaching Program for Franchise Founders

One of my retainer clients, a business coach for entrepreneurs and franchisors, had an exciting vision for her business: to create her first group coaching program. She had the expertise, the audience, and the drive—she just needed the strategy and systems to bring her vision to life.

Together, we developed a comprehensive plan to bring her group coaching program from idea to launch. I guided this project through every stage, from mapping out the program framework to building out the sales funnel, crafting marketing collateral, and preparing the detailed launch strategy.

Together, we built the foundation for a scalable offer, gained invaluable insight into her audience’s needs, and refined her messaging for future relaunches. This project inspired me to create my Elevate To Scale offer - the one and only done-for-and-with-you offer to help successful coaches avoid burnout by finally making their group coaching programs a reality.

Case Study #3: Building a Systems Foundation for an Executive Speech Coach

Another highlight of my year was working with an executive speech coach who needed help creating a strong operational foundation. She had been navigating the complexities of running her business solo, and it was time to streamline and scale.

Over the course of three months, I implemented:

  • Asana for project management, giving her a clear roadmap for managing client work and content creation.

  • Systeme io for email marketing and sales funnels, simplifying her tech stack while amplifying her reach.

  • A cohesive lead generation process, including a beautifully executed lead magnet that aligned perfectly with her expertise.

From there, I systemized her content creation and lead generation workflows, giving her the clarity and structure she needed to grow confidently.

This project was deeply fulfilling because it aligned perfectly with my passion for helping coaches lay the groundwork for sustainable growth. It’s also one of the reasons why I created Foundation To Flourish, a tailored offer for coaches who are ready to go from scattered to streamlined, with systems that support their long-term goals.
